Z. Gordon Davidson is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser who specializes in golf and resort properties. “Z” brings a rich background of expertise from 17 years of working with leading golf industry owners, operators, and national and international real estate companies.
Mr. Davidson has been invited to speak at local, national and international conferences for such organizations as Club Managers Association of America, Professional Golfers Career College, and National Golf Course Owners Association California Chapter. The past ten years, Mr. Davidson, has served on the Board of Directors for the California Golf Course Owners Association, serving as President in 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Davidson, has brokered the sale of golf properties, appraised golf courses, and consulted for clients in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon, Ohio, Utah, Indiana, Hawaii, Louisiana, Washington, Missouri, Massachusetts and Florida with approximately $700+ million in aggregate value. Including, participating as an appraiser in one of the largest golf course appraisal assignment in the history of golf. This assignment included over 250 golf courses.
Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Davidson was Vice President of International Golf Maintenance, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Meadowbrook Golf Group based in Orlando, Florida and worked as a golf course broker with the Golf Group for CBRE.
Mr. Davidson received his Bachelor of Science Degree from California Baptist University, Riverside, CA with a Major in Business Administration. He went on to complete a Masters of Divinity from Biola University, La Mirada, CA and a Certification in Turfgrass Management from the University of Riverside Extension, Riverside, CA.
